Mid-tier accountancy firm HLB Mann Judd has been named a finalist in the 2012 BRW Client Choice Awards, in the “Best Accountancy Firm (revenue between $50 million and $500 million)”.
It has also been nominated in two other categories – “Best firm rated by the financial and insurance sector”, and “Best firm rated by the professional services sector”.
The BRW Client Choice Awards, now in their ninth year, recognise outstanding performances as voted by clients for accounting, law, IT consulting, engineering and actuarial firms.
The Awards are based on quantitative research into buyers of professional services, conducted independently by Beaton Consulting. The selection of the finalists and winners is determined exclusively by the opinions of over 20,000 clients of professional services organisations who participated in the research.
Mr Tony Fittler, chairman of the HLB Mann Judd Australasian Association, said that the nominations recognise the strength of the HLB Mann Judd firms throughout Australasia.
“It is particularly satisfying to be nominated for an award that is based on client feedback.
“Our aim is to be the most highly regarded mid-tier accounting firm in Australasia, and we will only achieve this through the support of our clients and our people.
“We also congratulate our Perth firm, which is a finalist in the category of ‘Best Professional Firm in Western Australia’,” Mr Fittler said.
The winners will be announced on 14 March 2012.
HLB Mann Judd is an Australasian association of independent accounting firms and business and financial advisers, with offices in Australia and New Zealand.
