Kevin Eley has been appointed a non-executive director and a member of the Audit & Compliance Committee of Equity Trustees Limited (EQT).

Kevin Eley has been appointed a non-executive director and a member of the Audit & Compliance Committee of Equity Trustees Limited (EQT).

Mr Eley is Sydney based and brings to the Board business and investment experience in a broad range of industry sectors including manufacturing, wholesale, retail and financial services.

He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Mr Eley is a non-executive director of HGL Ltd and Kresta Holdings and will join the board of Milton Corporation from 1 December as a non-executive director.

Previously, he held the position of CEO for 25 years at HGL and was a director of MMC Asset Management (now Clearview Wealth).
