MEDIA RELEASE: WealthO2 has launched the WealthO2 Academy which will deliver professional development education and training services digitally, including information on the new features and staged rollout of WealthO2’s new user interface.
WealthO2 managing director, Shannon Bernasconi, said in the wake of COVID-19 the provision of quality digital CPD and education content for advisers has never been more relevant.
“As WealthO2’s official learning resource, the WealthO2 Academy aims to educate users on the WealthO2 system as well as provide free education for advisers to assist them in meeting their ongoing CPD requirements.
“The Academy is the first of a series of launches which make WealthO2 and the education and training easier to navigate and brings the information sought by the adviser front and centre. The Academy will importantly provide the conduit source of knowledge and training for the exciting rollout of WealthO2’s new user interface and enhancements.
“The WealthO2 Academy has both public and private WealthO2 client single sign on sections, ensuring all advisers can benefit from the information provided.”
For WealthO2 advisers, the Academy provides ease of access to information, guidance and updates in a centralised location. Advisers can also find the latest on year end progress, Super contribution cut offs and helpful tips to maximise efficiency and enhance client experience.
The launch follows the recent appointment of Gillian Gilmore as WealthO2 Academy Practice lead earlier this year.
Ms Gilmore has over 22 years’ experience in the financial services industry, including nine years as head of education for Stockbrokers and Financial Advisers Association.
